ARTICLE 1 - PRICES

1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in € including VAT excluding shipping costs.
1.2 - All orders placed on our site are payable in €.
1.3 - The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order entry, s Subject to availability on that date.
1.4 - Retention of title clause: the products remain the property of G2TO until full payment has been received by G2TO.com .

ARTICLE 2 - METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept payment by credit card, either directly on the site in secure payment, or by telephone. G2TO entrusts secure payment to several independent and specialized service providers (in France and abroad).
Certain orders paid by credit card may be subject to additional verification. You will receive an email asking you for supporting documents in order to validate the sending of your order.
You can also pay for your order by bank transfer (possible costs payable by the customer), by money order or by check (only for FRANCE).
For orders paid by check for an amount greater than 300 Euros, the order will be validated on the value date of the receipt of the said check.

ARTICLE 3 - DELIVERY

• • The availability of our products is indicated on the product description sheet. A credit is generated when you issue your order if one of the products is unavailable (the credit will be equal to the amount of the product invoiced), which allows products in stock to be shipped without waiting. It is however possible to order directly and insert in your basket items out of stock which will be the subject of a deferred shipment within 10 days.

• • What are your delivery times?
    
    You can choose between the Express shipping method or the Normal shipping method:
    For shipments in France:
    - GLS: Shipping in 48 hours throughout Metropolitan France.
    - So Colissimo: Shipping in 48 hours throughout Metropolitan France and Belgium.
    
    For shipments abroad:
    
    In Europe:
    - GLS International: Shipping in 3 days maximum.
    
    Outside Europe:
    - international post: Shipping in 5 to 7 days.
    
    G2TO cannot be held responsible for delays due to strikes by the postal services or other contingencies provided for by the legislation on the transport of goods and merchandise.

• • Shipping costs: The shipping costs will be debited separately (a debit for the price of your products and a debit for the shipping costs).
    
    The shipping costs are calculated automatically and appear on the order form based on the total weight of your order.

• • Customs restrictions:
    
    Some laws restrict the import of erotic products. Find out about the legislation in force in your country before ordering on the site.

• Customs Taxes
  
  Customs or import taxes are due as soon as the package reaches its country of destination. You must pay any additional customs clearance taxes. ARTICLE 5 - ITEMS RETURNS

To better manage your product returns after accepting our services, please use the return label in your customer area. The entire procedure will be indicated there. you have misplaced your invoice, you can print a return slip by logging into “My account”. You will then just have to stick the return label sent by our customer service. For preparation errors and/or defective products, please contact customer service. PLEASE NOTE All returned products must be intact and complete (unworn, unused and in their original plastic packaging). G2TO reserves the right to refuse your return if these conditions are not respected.

ARTICLE 6 - RESPONSIBILITY

The products offered comply with current French legislation and the standards applicable in France. For any questions about the products you can contact our customer service. G2TO cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of the postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flooding , fire.
